What is a peegasm and how can it affect your health

There’s a new trend of peegasms that has been doing the rounds lately. But what exactly are they, and are they even safe?

How many times have you cursed ‘nature’s call’ for arriving at the wrong time? Must be a million times, right? Blame Murphy’s law or whatever else you find, but it’s almost always that the urge to pee happens when you are at a spot, where there are no loos in sight! Oh wait, has it happened to you in the middle of a job interview or a crucial meeting? That helplessness is real, ladies. It feels like your bladder might just burst, but you shut up and pass those fake smiles, in order to hide the discomfort. But what if we tell you that some women literally delay urination to experience an orgasm? No, we haven’t gone out of whack. This is something called ‘peegasm’, and yes, it’s for real.

The more you delay urinating, the more pleasure you feel while releasing it, and apparently, it feels like an orgasm. Before we get to the details, and how safe it is, let’s first understand peegasms in a little more detail.

What is a peegasm?

First of all, do not judge those women, who love a peegasm. In fact, experts believe that this feeling could arise due to the structure of a woman’s anatomy. The fact is if your bladder is really full, it is quite likely that the pressure extends to other parts of the pelvic region, including the clitoris. Now, you know that can really fire things up! And when the bladder is emptied, there is a certain pleasure that women receive. Theoretically, it is actually releasing a muscle that has been held for a long period of time.

But is it really safe?

It isn’t a bad idea, if you want to experience it temporarily. But don’t continue this in the long run, because at the end of the day, holding your urine is not a healthy practice. Peeing is important, and a way for our kidneys to filter waste. Holding urine for long can cause several health issues, including urinary tract infections or kidney problems.

This happens because bacteria are not flushed out quickly, and can get into the sterile bladder. If caution is not exercised, it could also cause incontinence in the long run.

Holding the bladder is also about ‘overstretching it’, and when you continue to do that, you will lose strength.

What are alternative ways to feel similar pleasure?

There are various other ways to experience pleasure, ladies. You could finger yourself down there or use a vibrator or another sex toy to stimulate your g-spot. Try exploring your body, and find ways to self-pleasure it. Going for a peegasm that isn’t really safe is not the best choice. So, STOP right away!
